We offer stocks to you, only to which has access for clients to pursue its availability and see it’s packaging condition. In a very rare scenario factory hesitates for live video call, but thats a rare case.

NOC is completely dependent on origin of deal coming from, many times if its a cancelled shipment brands or factory do provide the NOC and free export, whereas  when its a surplus quantity of factory overruns, in that scenario the NOC is not provided
